question of the clains Tiled by the company of which I w

the President, through the channel of the mapartment of

Communications and Public Borko, and in order to submit to

you and finally decide whether the Government will compan-

sate the loss and damages suffered through the ruling of

the authorities, or else to leave to the diplomatic nogo-

tiations of H.B.M' Legation, the legal decision as to the

rights I exercise, I beg that you will grant me un inter-

view, for which I will be very grateful, as soon as your

duties will allow it, and you feel disposed to grant me

that honour.
